After taking part in several music projects and recording her first album as leader in 2015 —Day by Day, surrounded by renowned musicians both nationally and internationally like Michael Kanan and Jorge Rossy, and published by Fresh Sound New Talent—, Mayte Alguacil launches a new project with two great musicians and friends that often share the stage with her: Jaume Llombart, guitar, and Pedro Campos, double bass. A project that follows the line of the American Song Book and the jazz standards, in a different format reflecting the harmony between the three characters and their own voices, along with the special performance of guest sax player Enrique Oliver for this special occasion.

Casa Milà, popularly known as «La Pedrera» (the stone quarry), an ironic allusion to the resemblance of its façade to an open quarry, was constructed between 1906 and 1912 by Antoni Gaudí (1852-1926). For its uniqueness, artistic and heritage value has received major recognition and in 1984 was inscribed on UNESCO World Heritage List, for its exceptional universal value. Nowadays is the headquarters of Fundació Catalunya-La Pedrera and houses a cultural centre that is a reference in Barcelona for the range of activities it organises and the different spaces for exhibitions and other public uses it contains.
