Frequently Asked Questions

Ver todas las FAQ's
  • Do I need to buy tickets in advance to visit the building?
It is not essential, but it is highly recommended. This way you avoid queues and waiting at the ticket office, as well as the processing fees. You can buy La Pedrera tickets on our website.
  • Can I book a guided tour?
Yes, a guided tour for groups is available on request and includes the same areas as the free visit to La Pedrera: the Warrior Rooftop, the Whale Attic (Gaudí Exhibition), the Tenants’ Apartment, the Flower Courtyard (Passeig de Gràcia) and the Butterfly Courtyard (Provença). A guided tour is available, on request, in several languages: Catalan, Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, Russian and Japanese. For more information and bookings, call 93 214 25 83 or email grups@lapedrera.com.
  • How long does the La Pedrera Essential visit take?
The La Pedrera Essential visit is self-guided (audioguide included) and takes approximately an hour or an hour and a half.
  • What is the return and exchange policy?
Once tickets have been purchased, La Pedrera will not give any refunds for cancellations. However, users can request to change the date on their tickets with no surcharge (as long as the request is made before the date of the visit) and the tickets have not been used (i.e. the visit has not taken place).
For further information or clarification, email info@lapedrera.com. In the event of rain, the Warrior Rooftop is closed to ensure visitors’ safety and no refunds will be given for tickets that have been validated. If the visit has not yet started, it can be rescheduled for another date.
  • Is it possible to visit La Pedrera at night?
Yes, with the La Pedrera Night Experience visit, a different, exclusive experience that allows you to discover the building enveloped in the magic of the night, with multiple projections on the skylights, special lighting and a soundtrack to accompany it all. More information and tickets.
  • Can people with reduced mobility visit all of La Pedrera?
Yes, the public parts of the building are accessible to wheelchairs without obstacles, except for the rooftop and the mezzanine, which are not suitable for wheelchairs or prams due to the constant unevenness of Gaudí’s structure. However, even in this space there is a platform at the exit of the lift where you can get a general overview. Find out more about accessibility at La Pedrera here. And if you have any questions, you can write to accessibilitat@fcatalunyalapedrera.com.
On the other hand, wheelchairs are available to facilitate the visit. This is a free service, subject to availability. Bookings must be made in advance by email accessibilitat@fcatalunyalapedrera.com.
