Which is the return and exchange policy?

Once the tickets have been purchased by the visitor, as a general rule, no refunds will be allowed. A change of date may only be requested at no extra charge per booking provided that the tickets have not been used to gain access to the site or have been validated and, in any case, subject to ticket availability.

When it rains, the building’s warrior rooftop will be closed for the safety of visitors, and no refund will be given if the ticket has already been validated. If the visit has not yet taken place, the visit can be rescheduled for another date.
